My background is a bit different from the average real estate agent. Before stepping into real estate, I spent over two decades in professional sales and marketing, where I learned how to understand buyers, negotiate effectively, and craft high-impact marketing strategies. That experience now plays a huge role in how I help sellers get top dollar for their homes.

I also have a deep appreciation for home construction and design, which gives me a keen eye for what makes a property stand out. Pair that with my professional photography and marketing expertise, and my clients get a level of home presentation that truly sets their listing apart.

One of my proudest accomplishments outside of real estate is holding a U.S. patent for a Distributed Environmental Process Control System (Patent #5831848). Innovation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking have always been at the core of what I do—and those same skills apply when I’m helping homeowners navigate the complexities of selling.
